Via the New Jersey Turnpike South
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 6, the Pennsylvania Turnpike West (I-276). Continue on the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 351, Philadelphia (previously Exit 28). Take US 1 South to Roosevelt Boulevard. Stay in the Boulevard's outer right lane. After about 8 miles, turn right onto Cottman Avenue (PA 73 West). Go about 2-1/2 miles (pass Central Avenue) and turn right into Fox Chase Cancer Center's entrance.

Via the Atlantic City Expressway
Take the Atlantic City Expressway West. The Expressway will turn into NJ 42 North. Follow NJ 42 across the Walt Whitman Bridge and take the first exit, Exit 47, onto I-95 North. Travel 11 miles and exit onto Cottman Avenue (PA 73 West). Stay on Cottman for about 4 miles (pass Central Avenue) and turn right into Fox Chase Cancer Center's entrance.

Via the Tacony Palmyra Bridge From Burlington and Camden Counties
Take Route 73 West across the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge and continue on Levick Street for about 3 miles to Rising Sun Avenue. Turn right onto Rising Sun and continue North to Cottman Avenue (PA 73 West). Turn left onto Cottman, go about 1/2 mile (pass Central Avenue) and turn right into Fox Chase Cancer Center's entrance.

Via the Betsy Ross Bridge From Burlington and Camden Counties
Take NJ 73 West to NJ 90 and continue across the Betsy Ross Bridge. Take I-95 North for about 2-1/2 miles and exit onto Cottman Avenue (PA 73 West). Travel about 4 miles (pass Central Avenue) and turn right into Fox Chase Cancer Center's entrance.

From Trenton and Princeton
Take US 1 South into Pennsylvania. Stay in the outer right lane and follow US 1 for 17 miles to Cottman Avenue (PA 73 West). Turn right onto Cottman, travel about 2-1/2 miles (pass Central Avenue) and turn right into Fox Chase Cancer Center's entrance.

From Monmouth County, Shore Area
Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 98. Take Route I-195 West to the exit for the New Jersey Turnpike. At Interchange 7, take the New Jersey Turnpike South and follow directions (via New Jersey Turnpike South).

From Southern New Jersey (Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties)
Take NJ 55 North to NJ 42 North. Follow NJ 42 across the Walt Whitman Bridge and take the first exit, Exit 47, onto I-95 North. Travel 11 miles and exit onto Cottman Avenue (PA 73 West) exit.
